Nope! We don’t require you to set up an account to shop on Social Goods, but we encourage you to do so for easy access to your order information and history. If you would like to set up an account, please go here.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! Find our gift cards here. Please make sure you add your email address at checkout, you will be able to forward the gift card directly to your friend so they know who was thinking about them!

Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order and how can I track the delivery?
When estimating when your order will arrive, please note our processing time of 1-2 days. During peak periods, the processing period may extend past our goal of 48 hours. As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
How will I be charged for shipping?
We currently offer a both a basic shipping rate (3-5 days) and priority shipping (2-3 days). Both rates are dependent on the weight of your order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Please note, however, international shipping fees do not include custom and duty fees. Unfortunately, since our website is unable to calculate these for you at checkout, the customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees incurred after ordering.

My package says delivered by I can't find it. What should I do?
- First, verify your shipping address. To do this, locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
- If your order was marked as “delivered” please wait 48 hours - sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery or an alert of the package being held at a post office location. This will be listed on the tracking page.
- Reach out to your local Post Office as they often can help troubleshoot or provide information on the specific route.
- While we can't be responsible for all lost or stolen packages, if you still can't locate your package, please email us at email@example.com so we can try to help.
My item says pre-order, what does that mean?
If you purchase a product available for pre-order, the item is not yet in stock, but you’re guaranteed to receive it as soon as it becomes available to ship.
When will my pre-ordered item ship?
For any product that is pre-order, we provide a shipping estimates on the description page. Please note we do our best to accurately estimate a shipping date, but these estimates are subject to change. If you have any questions on your pre-ordered item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase! You’re welcome to return any full price item within 30 days of receiving the package. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll issue the refund and send an email confirmation.
I received the wrong item, a damaged item, or am missing an item, what should I do?
Sorry this happened and we want to resolve the issue quickly. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the item you received in your email.

How much does Social Goods give back?
Giving back is core to our mission and every single item on our site includes a nonprofit donation!
On average, we donate 25% of proceeds from every product sold. The exact percentage ranges from 10% to 100% of proceeds and is determined by our partnership with the nonprofit.
