This quote sums up the mission of September Letters, an online mental health platform and letter writing experience founded by activist and actress Brittany Snow and activist and creative entrepreneur Jaspre Guest. 

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, September Letters and Social Goods are collaborating on a new capsule collection featuring a notebook, pen, and hat inspired by finding strength and connection through sharing written stories. 

For every item sold, a donation is made to the nonprofit The Mental Health Coalition to support their mission to end the debilitating stigma surrounding mental health and to change the way people talk about, and care for, mental illness.
